1. Price :

The providing price is included product price, inland shipping fee, shipping fee by EMS or UPS, our commission.

3. Payment method

• 1) Paypal
  Note : We will send the invoice with adding 5% of total amount purchased for Paypal charge.
• 2) wire transfer bank to bank

4. Leading time for shipping

• If a shop has stocks :
  We will send the Proforma Invoice by e-mail or fax to confirm the total amount to you and please make a payment to us by Paypal or bank wire transfer. Then after confirming your remittance by us, we will place the order to a shop and will ship the product to you ASAP after receiving the product from a shop.
• If a shop does not have stocks :
  We may need some time for shipping. Before placing an order to a shop, we will confirm stocks of product and will inform you about it. Even so, we will inform the update information for you about shipping date and also when you need to remit the fund to us.

5. Return policy

• 1) If you realize that you have made a mistake for ordering and want to cancel your order after the payment has done by Paypal, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we will place your order soon to a shop and will pay the total amount to a shop.
  We can’t cancel your order if we have already placed an order to a shop or if we have already shipped products to you.
• 2) Claims after opening box will not be accepted for us. We only accept claims made after 5 days of receipt of the order products if package is not opened. Also we don’t accept the returning products on account of your own personal reasons.
• 3) We believe products are examined by inspection condition and are un-acceptable to return for us without any serious problems handled by our fault after opening the package. Some shop may accept the returning products in case of their fault.
• 4) In case products you received was not correct.
  When you receive a package from us, please check the color and size first. Then please notify us about a product broken to return within 5 days after receipt products. Claim made after 5 days of receipt will not be accepted by us and shop. Also we don’t accept the returning products to us on account of your own personal reasons.

The contract will be governed by the law of domestic court in Hamamatsu in Japan and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Japanese courts if in case our company and you will not be able to solve the problems.

8. Shipment

You can choose the shipment by EMS or UPS in your convenient. Usually we use EMS.
In some country, sending by EMS will take more than 2 o 3 months like Italy. If you have a sort of information, please let us know when ordering to us. We will ask to UPS and also will estimate the shipping fee by UPS. If you have an account of FedEx or DHL, we can send the package to you with freight collect.
